How We Work
Every engagement starts the same way: map the decisions, find the gaps, build a working system.
We start with a short discovery sprint — not interviews and workshops that produce a report, but direct observation of how decisions actually get made. Where does information get stuck? Where do people work around the system? What signal exists but never reaches the person who needs it?
From there, we build a prototype against real data. Not a mockup. Not a deck. A functioning system that demonstrates the value before committing to a full build.
The prototype either proves the approach or kills it — either way, you know in weeks, not months.
